Tag and rate content

You can create public or private tags to improve retrievability of content and portal resources. Tags enable you to assign keywords to content that reflect your thoughts about the content, using language that is familiar to you. Only you see your private tags, so you can use personal keywords. You can also rate content from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, to share your perception of the content.
